WELCOME COMMITTEE
The Welcoming Committee is responsible for attending the Welcome Table every Sunday morning. Ours is the ministry of “Radical Hospitality.” We welcome visitors by “mugging” them, giving each family member a welcome gift. We make sure that visitors register so that we can make their welcome a more personal one and we also place follow up calls to all visitors the week after they register. We also gather names of those interested in Newcomers reception. The job is really simple—you just have to smile and say hello! It’s a great way to meet new people.
