An Episcopal Revival? YES! Keep reading because YOU are invited to take a risk and grow your faith this June in an exciting and unique way.
Join us this June for a three-night INTERGENERATIONAL program of growing in faith and witness. This is not your usual Vacation Bible School ... instead it’s an event for young and old alike, for individuals, empty nesters, and whole families. Everyone is invited - parishioners and friends.
Two thousand years ago Zacchaeus climbed to the top of a sycamore tree to get a better look at Jesus. This summer you’ll have a chance to get a better look at Jesus, too! Building on our last two inter-generational summer Bible schools, we’re planning a “revival” for children, teens, and adults. This isn’t a regular Vacation Bible School. This is a discipleship retreat for everyone - young and old alike.
We begin on Sunday, 13 July with a luncheon right after Mass. The whole event will last three days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). Please come for all three days, or if you can only come for two or one evenings, you are still most welcome. Tuesday evening, we’ll end with a special bonfire event. You’ll have the opportunity to select which day(s) you’ll attend when you register.
Let your faith grow in unexpected ways this summer!
Sunday - Sycamore Trees: We'll meet Zacchaeus who climbs the tree to see Jesus and explore the Shepherding God who longs to be near us.
Monday - At the Well & Unexpected Encounters With The Divine:We'll spend time at the well with Jesus and the Samaritan Woman and the parable of the prodigal son, as we discover more about forgiveness and the waters of everlasting life.
Tuesday - GO! Flames of Inspiration & Hope: We'll wrap up our encounter with Jesus with the Great Commission & the hope that comes with sharing faith stories. We'll end with a special bonfire celebration.
